LUCA RITTER

Luca comes from a multidisciplinary, international upbringing that has sculpted his talents in the creative aesthetic worlds of literature and filmmaking, the logical practical worlds of design and construction, and the performance stamina worlds of sports and coaching. An old soul with many talents, Luca grew up between Europe and America, a large portion of which was on the east end of Long Island, with his humanitarian filmmaker mother and builder father.

Cultivating experiences in diverse cultures, his trilingual mind and life experiences allow him to approach life from a unique vantage point. Luca has been keen on building from a young age. Coming from a lineage of builders has kept his interests in architecture and construction true to family form.

His sensitivity to spacial flow, design, and logical approach to structural solutions, has led him to construction and project management, successfully completing multiple gut renovations, large scale additions, and remodels. As a project manager, Luca has further developed his invaluable knowledge in local building practices and town codes, building science, modern material selections and applications, and a considerable knowledge of trades. The success, integrity, and proof of being a problem solving asset, whether on site, on architectural plans, or on budgetary saving decisions, has developed into a qualitative approach to real estate management.
